2. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Your use of this Site or your communication with P&H through this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and P&H or any of its attorneys.
Do not send us any confidential information until an attorney-client relationship has been established. Such a relationship can only be established after we have conducted a conflicts check, and you and P&H have both signed an engagement letter or representation agreement.
3. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of P&H Law Firm or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of P&H and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
You may access, copy, download, and print the material contained on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, P&H and its affiliates, partners, attorneys, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

In no event shall P&H's total liability to you for all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless P&H, its affiliates, partners, attorneys, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
P&H reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. The most current version will be posted on the Site with the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
9. TERMINATION
P&H may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms & Conditions. All provisions of these Terms & Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which P&H's principal office is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of P&H's principal office.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions will remain in effect.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by P&H on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and P&H concerning the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and P&H with respect to the Site.
